Just like that, the correction is over? The Standard & Poor’s 500 Stock Index closed near its all-time high last week following a tumultuous prior week. The political fireworks begin this week as the Democratic National Convention convenes in Chicago this week. Policy initiatives will begin to take shape from there, and potential ramifications of the winning party will begin to be assessed in the capital markets. Our Signals are unchanged.
